Return Policy

We are able to exchange or provide a store credit if your merchandise is returned and received within 15 days from the date of purchase. 

Please contact us at contactus@countryvintagehome.com for a return authorization number and to ensure that it is not a final sale item. You must write this number on the outside of the box in order for your return to be accepted. After 15 days, all sales are final. Unfortunately, we do not provide refunds/credits for shipping/handling charges for returns over 15 days or final sale products.

Country Vintage Home asks that merchandise be returned in its original condition meaning that the merchandise is unworn, unused, unwashed, and in original packaging and that you include a copy of the invoice or packing slip with your reason for return.

  • Items returned without a return authorization number, past 15 days, or not in original condition will be returned to customer at the customer's expense.
  • We are not responsible for shrinkage or bleeding as a result of washing your item(s).

The following items are not returnable/exchangeable under any circumstances: 

Shipping charges incurred for exchanges will be billed to customer who placed the original order unless otherwise specified. Credits to credit cards take approximately two weeks to process from the time the return is received and processed.

Canceled or modified orders must be done as soon as possible. Call or email your request, we will do everything we can to assist you. If the order has been shipped we will not be able to cancel or modify the order, it would then be the customer's responsibility to send the package back to Country Vintage Home and the original return/ exchange policy will be applied.

Exchanged items along with orders that use a store credit are not eligible for free shipping.

PLEASE NOTE: All Final Sale merchandise is Final Sale, NO RETURNS, NO EXCHANGES.

Furniture Return Policy

 

Items may be returned within 14 days of receipt of goods. Please contact us at contactus@countryvintagehome.com for a return authorization number. You must write this number on the outside of the box in order for your return to be accepted. Buyer must pay return shipping charges for any returns other than shipping damage and manufacturer defects and items must arrive back to Country Vintage Home in the same condition as when the left the warehouse. The original packaging material will greatly assist you in this endeavor.
Refunds, minus a 25% restocking fee, will be issued within 7 business days, following inspection once the order arrives back in the warehouse. Refunds will be processed by the same means as payment was tendered. Clients with cancelled cards will receive their refund via company check.

 

Furniture Damage Policy

The furniture offered by Country Vintage Home is carefully inspected, packed, and secured on a pallet for shipment before leaving the warehouse. If, after delivery, visible damage to the crate appears to be slight please note it on the Proof of Delivery form (bill of lading). Do not destroy the crate. Upon inspection of the contents if you notice damage please take photos and send them to Country Vintage Home.
If damage to the crate is severe you have the option of immediately refusing delivery of your order or to inspect the contents before accepting. Either way, you must note the damage on the Proof of Delivery form (bill of lading). Failing to note damage will affect Country Vintage Home’s ability to file a damage claim on your behalf. If a replacement is necessary, the replacement will be shipped via the same method and to the same location originally chosen.
